What are the in-depth requirements for audit logs?

How many audit logs are required? 

APSCA requires a minimum of 20 audit experience irrespective that’s achieved through 1 or more employer.

How many hours are required for audits? 

Usually, 8 hours are equal to 1 man day audit.

What should be covered in the audits?
What types of audits are required (e.g., social, environmental, chemical, health and safety)? 

Social Audit within which all above will get covered.

How much experience is required for conducting audits? 

APSCA has not defined that. If role of supporting auditor or just shadowed a minimum 20 social audits is fine too.

What types of company audits are required (e.g., textile industry, manufacturing company)?

Either one is fine.

Is there any part III training, webinar, or help planned through RSJ? 

RSJ currently does not provide any training for all APSCA Exams. However, APSCA has some training texts and recorded videos for exams preparation. Please visit APSCA website.

Will any format or specimen of documents (e.g., NOC or audit log) be provided?

What type of company audit is required: first-party or third-party? 

Preferably with a third-party.

Are there links and details provided by RSJ for applying to APSCA via any medium?

RSJ for eligible and selected candidates, will contact APSCA for registration. Once registration is complete, APSCA will inform the candidate about membership no. and will provide access to member auditor.

Does it is mandatory for the candidates needs to associate with third party to register on APSCA?

Registration with APSCA through a member audit firm is the most common practice.

Where can the professional 5-day social audit training be completed?

Preferably with a current or previous employer or from any social compliance training service provider.

Does any third party provide the 5-day training? 

 Usually, a 3rd party provides orientation training for new auditors

Which types of auditing companies can apply?

RSJ offers opportunity to individual experienced auditors and not to auditing companies.

What is the demand or scope of this exam and APSCA certification?

How can the APSCA exam be helpful for a career? 

Through exams preparation and subsequently making attempts to appear and qualify APSCA exams, the auditors can enrich professional credentials.

After enrolling in APSCA, how long must one wait before providing consultancy services? 

RSJ provides opportunity for APSCA registration only to those experienced auditors who may work as a permanent or free lance auditors and not as a consultant.

Is it possible to register without a certifying body (third party)? 

No, Registration with APSCA through a member audit firm is the most common practice.

Should all the audits in the audit log be social audits?

Yes, only social audits logs are accepted by APSCA.
